I can show you some REAL results of energy consumption tests (done by my colleague):

The Corolla is a little bit older version.

Anyway - I have corrected the ranges as "max. range".

What is the practical capacity of the batteries and their cycle life? How many kilometers do you suppose the batteries will work?

Is the battery discharge limited electronically to some percentage or is the driver allowed to fully discharge the batteries?

If you are using lead-acids, fully discharging them reduces the amount of times they can be recharged before significant damage occurs. If the batteries are abused in this way, the overall mileage of the set will drop dramatically to few thousand kilometers. This is a big problem in other electric vehicles such as electric scooters with a range of about 50 km, where the manufacturers won't give warranty beyond the first year or 5000 km of operation because it is possible to run the batteries to ground in less than a year.

I am estimating, that the most "healthy" range for batteries will be 80km (traffic jams, not constant speed).
Producer ensures that batteries will last minimum 2000 cycles and still will have 80% capacity. It makes: 80km x 2000=160000 km. It is very MINIMAL VERSION.

Batteries have Battery Management System (under and overvoltage is controlled).

How is the cold-weather performance of the batteries? What is the minimum operational temperature you have tested?

What sort of heating options does the car have and what sort of battery drain does it pose?

According to data which I have (not tested):
+23 degree Celsius - 100% of capacity
+00 degree Celsius - 80% of capacity
-10 degree Celsius - 65% of capacity
-20 degree Celsius - 55% of capacity

We were thinking about heating the batteries in winter (I think we will realise it in our Peugeot 106 with lead-acid batteries).

Energy consumption depends on number of used pannels and voltage.

Which batterychemistry? I gess for 2000 cycles producer have to use LiBOB electrolyte and Ethylmethylcarbonate solvent.Also ionic conductivity of LiBOB is lower in cold than LiPF6 wich is far superior subzero but cycle life not so good .Warranty? Manufacturer? Spesifications?

We are negotiating best conditions with few battery manufacturers. It is very important for us that batteries meet oura and our customers (!) expectations.

We are ensuring 2 years of warranty for the elements we built into the car (motor, controller, dc/dc converter, charger, BMS and batteries ).
